Australian Batter Chris Lynn signed up for PSL Drafts

The 34-year-old Christopher Austin Lynn (Chris Lynn) has signed up for the 10th edition of the most anticipated league, the Pakistan Super League.

Chris Lynn became the 6th Australian player to sign up for the PSL Drafts, which was scheduled previously at Gwadar but now relocated to Lahore on January 11.

Pakistan Super League has also officially revealed that David Warner signed up for the PSL Drafts.

Australia’s top-order batter, Usman Khawaja, was the first Australian player to sign up for the drafts of the PSL.

Other Australian players are top-order Matthew Short, versatile bowling all-rounder Sean Abbott, and wicketkeeper batter Alex Carey has signed up for the drafts.

Other big players like Kane Williamson and Steve Smith are also expected to sign up for the drafts shortly.

Who is Chris Lynn?

Chris Lynn is an Australian powerful striker who has plenty of experience in playing T20 league cricket.

He has featured in the top cricket leagues of the world, including the Indian Premier League, CPL, SLPL, and many more Also, this is not the first time Lynn will be playing in the PSL, as he has served for the Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans in the previous editions.

He has also played for Australia in ODIs and T20Is in 4 matches and 18 matches, respectively. He managed to get 75 runs in the ODI games and 291 runs in the T20i for Australia.

Chris Lynn has huge experience in the T20 format, as he has played 289 T20 games and smashed 8120 runs, including 5 centuries and 53 half-centuries.

Chris Lynn has served for the Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League. He has a fantastic record of 318 runs in 12 games for the Qalandars and Sultans.

He has also smashed a century, remains unbeaten at 113 runs, and has one half-century in his name.

The drafts are scheduled for January 11, as mentioned above. Before PSL drafts, all 6 teams will announce their retention squad before January 4.
