India and Australia are all set to clash in the most-awaited test series, the BGT, Border Gavaskar Trophy, which is set to kick off from November 22 to November 26.
India will be looking to register 5th back-to-back BGT wins this time at Perth Stadium however, Australia will look to make a comeback after losing 4 consecutive BGT test series.
Rohit Sharma will be leading India in the test series however, Rohit will miss the first test, while Pat Cummins will lead the Australian side in the 17th edition of the Border Gavaskar Trophy.

India will play the BGT series without Ajinkya Rahane and experienced Cheteshwar Pujara, as Pujara is set to join the commentary panel in Australia.
Skipper Rohit Sharma is also set to miss the first test match at Perth as he will be on home soil in India for the birth of his second child. Rohit is expected to join India before the second test match at Adelaide.
According to ESPN Cricinfo, Rohit Sharma gave birth to his second child on Friday, keeping the option open to travel and join the team at Perth.
Pacer Jasprit Bumrah will lead India in the first test match at Perth in the absence of Rohit Sharma.
India faced two setbacks during the practice session as top-order batter Shubman Gill fractured his thumb, which resulted in Gill missing the first test at Perth.
KL Rahul and Abhimanyu Easwaran joined the test squad in Australia.
India lacks experience in the pace attack as Mohammad Shami will miss the first Test match, yet his inclusion in the test squad is still not cleared.
Australia on the other side is experienced and pumped up with the pace attack with skipper Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, and Josh Hazelwood.
