Ahmed Shezad, a cricketer from Pakistan, blames Pakistan cricket management for mishandling the player in all three formats while he was in prime form at the age of 23 years.
He said, “I had told you earlier that Saim Ayub is in good form, and you should not waste him. You are playing him in all formats; you included him in Tests and now also in T20Is.”
Before Saim Ayub’s injury during fielding, he was at the best of his form in the South Africa ODI and T20i matches, smashing 2 centuries in the ODI games, and clinched the ‘Player of the Series’ award.

The young batter will remain with the squad during the second test match and will get back with the squad. However, it’s confirmed that Saim Ayub will miss the home test series against the West Indies and the home tri-series against South Africa and New Zealand.
